4-hour cooking/sampling/brand ambassador with steelhead trout at retailers in Fairfield County, CT, New Jersey and New York City as well as Long Island and Westchester County, NY. Set up and breakdown. Enthusiastic, responsible people who can cook fish and sample to customers while explaining product and facility attributes. Use of induction unit. Events are typically Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2pm or 3PM-7PM. Must speak fluent English and have own drivers license and vehicle to travel to and from demo sites. Travel reimbursed at .50/mile. Payment twice monthly starting at $30/hr DOE.
