We are currently hiring a high-energy, experienced Lead Brand Ambassador to oversee a guerrilla sampling activation for a leading zero-proof beverage brand during Coachella Music & Arts Festival. This role will be responsible for managing daily execution, logistics, and supporting a team of Brand Ambassadors in the field. You will meet at a designated location, coordinate product load-in, and travel together as a team to execute the activation in festival-adjacent areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can take initiative, and is comfortable leading on-the-ground operations.

Role Overview
The Lead Brand Ambassador will execute and oversee a guerrilla-style sampling activation, distributing non-alcoholic beverage products throughout high-traffic festival-adjacent areas (outside of official festival grounds). This is a fully mobile role — not a stationary setup. The Lead will manage inventory, ensure the team is aligned, and help drive overall performance while actively engaging with consumers.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors in the field
• Execute guerrilla sampling in high-traffic, festival-adjacent areas (street-level marketing)
• Oversee product inventory, distribution, and restocking throughout each shift
• Arrive early daily to pick up ice and prep product before team arrival
• Ensure team hits sampling targets and maintains energy/engagement standards
• Proactively engage consumers and model best practices for the team
• Capture photos and video content during activation (as directed)
• Provide post-shift recaps and report key insights/feedback
• Maintain professionalism and represent the brand at a high level

• Safely store and manage product inventory throughout activation

Ideal Candidate
• Previous Lead BA, Team Lead, or Field Manager experience required
• Highly organized and comfortable managing logistics and inventory
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers
• Physically able to be on feet and walking for extended periofs
• Comfortable driving a cargo van and handling product transport
• Must be adaptable and ready to move with the flow of a live event environment
