Role Overview: The Brand Ambassador will represent a personal training brand onsite at Alpharetta based events, focusing on lead generation, driving trial bookings, community engagement, and educating attendees about the gym and training programs. We are looking for someone polished, personable, and proactive who can confidently connect with a mature, health-forward demographic in an upscale community setting. Key Responsibilities: • Engage attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm • Educate guests on Personal Training services and membership offerings • Generate qualified leads and encourage prospective member sign-ups • Initiate conversations with attendees and drive booth traffic • Represent the brand in a polished, energetic, and approachable manner • Assist with event setup, activation support, and breakdown as needed • Capture event photos and provide post-event recap notes if requested Ideal Candidate: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, polished, and health-conscious presentation • Comfortable engaging with adults ages 35+ • Fitness, wellness, or health industry background strongly preferred • Lives within 5–15 miles of Haynes Bridge / Alpharetta preferred • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently • Previous event or lead-generation experience is a plus Event Vibe + Audience • Upscale community event in a high-end downtown environment • Target demographic is 35+, health-forward, and affluent • Primary focus is quality lead generation and community engagement Additional Notes • Candidates will be pre-screened before final approval • Training materials and talking points will be provided prior to the event • Must be available Wednesday, May 14th from 5pm–9pm
