We are looking for 1 Lead and 1 BA to support upcoming game day survey activations at a university-area retail store. You must be comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and encouraging them to participate in a quick survey. University Co-op Side Door 2246 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705 Pay: Brand Ambassador – $28/hr Lead Brand Ambassador – $30/hr Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours Location: University-area retail store What You’ll Be Doing Staff will report directly to the designated store to check in, pick up iPads, and prepare for the activation. The team will conduct short surveys with customers, students, fans, and other individuals in and around the store. One BA will survey inside the store while wearing the provided branded/university shirt. Another BA will survey outside the store wearing a plain-colored, non-branded shirt for a more natural survey experience. The Lead BA will complete training prior to the activation and will be responsible for training the BA onsite at the beginning of the shift. The Lead will also help with check-in, iPad distribution, reviewing talking points, and making sure the team understands the survey process before beginning. Final talking points and survey instructions will be provided prior to the activation. Attire Inside: Provided branded/university shirt Outside: Plain-colored shirt with no visible logos Longer khaki shorts or clean jeans with no holes or rips. Clean athletic shoes required. No sandals. Ideal Candidates Looking for outgoing, professional staff who are comfortable approaching strangers, using an iPad, following talking points, and working independently in a busy game day environment. This is an active survey engagement role, so you must be comfortable stopping and speaking with people throughout the shift.
