We’re looking for (2) Brand Ambassadors and (1) Lead BA each day to support a high-energy Silent DJ experience at Breakaway Music Festival in Chester, PA. If you’re reliable, engaging, and thrive in fast-paced festival environments, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, interactive activation. Breakaway Music Festival Activation: Silent DJ Festival Grounds at Subaru Park - Chester, PA September 11 -12, 2026 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM each day Brand Ambassador: $28/hour Lead Brand Ambassador: $30/hour What You’ll Do Manage and support the Silent DJ activation Distribute and collect headphones Engage festival attendees and encourage participation Keep the activation area organized and running smoothly Lead BA will oversee team coordination, client communication, and overall execution Ideal Candidate Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable in large crowd settings Strong communication and customer service skills Previous brand ambassador or event experience preferred
