We’re building a team of outgoing, professional Brand Ambassadors to support a consumer packaging brand at PACK EXPO Chicago, October 18–21. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, feel comfortable in busy tradeshow environments, and can help create a welcoming, engaging booth experience. Pay Rate: $28/hr Parking: Reimbursed Event Details: • Event: PACK EXPO Chicago • Client: Consumer Packaging Brand • Location: McCormick Place / 2301 S Martin Luther King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616 • Schedule: October 18: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM October 19: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM October 20: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM October 21: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Role Overview Brand Ambassadors will assist the client’s team with show booth activities, welcome attendees, and support day-to-day booth operations. We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals who take initiative and keep a professional presence throughout the event. Key Responsibilities: • Greet attendees and encourage them to visit the booth • Share key brand and product information as directed by the client team • Help connect interested attendees with the appropriate brand representative • Assist with distributing materials and keeping the booth organized • Support setup, breakdown, and general booth needs as requested • Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional presence throughout each shift Ideal Candidate: • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Comfortable working in a busy, high-traffic environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Able to take direction and work well with the client team • Previous tradeshow or Brand Ambassador experience preferred
