We're looking for (1) Lead Brand Ambassador and (3) Brand Ambassadors per day to support an exciting activation at Country Jam! If you're outgoing, reliable, and enjoy engaging with festival attendees, this is a great opportunity to represent an energy pouch brand at one of Wisconsin's premier country music festivals. What You'll Do: Engage with festival attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Help generate brand awareness and spark interest in the product. Distribute promotional materials and educate attendees about the energy pouches. Represent the brand professionally while maintaining a positive, energetic presence. Keep the activation area organized and inviting throughout the event. Lead Brand Ambassador: Oversee on-site team coordination, assist with client communication, and ensure the activation runs smoothly. Ideal Candidate: Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with large crowds. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, punctual, and reliable. Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Previous brand ambassador, promotional, or event experience is preferred. Lead Brand Ambassador should have prior leadership or event lead experience.
