Role Overview
Brand Ambassadors will represent premium cannabis brands at dispensaries and events, focusing on customer engagement, bud-tender education, and driving sell-through. This is not a “stand behind a table” role — we’re looking for confident self-starters who can command a room, spark conversations, and deliver real ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage dispensary customers and bud-tenders with confidence and professionalism
• Educate on product features, benefits, and brand talking points (training provided)
• Drive awareness, excitement, and sell-through in retail environments
• Actively invite customers to participate in brand experiences
• Support on-site activations, events, and social hours
• Provide detailed post-event recaps, photos, and KPI reporting via mobile app
• Gather field insights (competitive intel, customer feedback, store nuances)
• Work collaboratively with sales reps and marketing teams
