We’re staffing an exciting first-time activation for a Yacht Brand at the Newport Beach Boat Show and are looking for a polished, professional Brand Ambassador / Hostess to represent the brand onsite. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—welcoming attendees, helping coordinate yacht viewing appointments, and ensuring a smooth, elevated experience around the vessel. You’ll be positioned at or near the yacht, supporting both guest flow and overall presentation of the brand. Location: Newport Beach, CA Dates: April 17–19 Pay Rate: $30/hr Role: 1 Brand Ambassador *Must be available all three days Responsibilities • Greet guests and act as a welcoming, professional hostess presence • Schedule and manage appointments for yacht viewings • Be stationed on/near the yacht (primarily seated under an umbrella, with occasional onboard support as needed) • Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times • Assist with light cleanup and wrap-up on the final day (April 19) Schedule • April 17–18: 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM • April 19: 9:45 AM – 5:15 PM Attire • Business casual • White or navy (e.g., white dress, white slacks, etc.) On-Site Details • All materials provided onsite (yacht will serve as base) • Event is their first time at this show—flexibility and a positive attitude are key Why This Role? • Work with a luxury, globally recognized yacht brand • High visibility, premium environment • Strong opportunity for repeat bookings and future activations
