We’re looking for experienced, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support CoachCon 2026, a premier event bringing together coaches, entrepreneurs, and business professionals for networking, education, and growth opportunities. Venue Hilton Orlando 6001 Destination Pkwy Orlando, FL 32819 Event Schedule Brand Ambassadors must be available for all scheduled shifts: • June 1 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • June 2 | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM • June 3 | 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM Pay Rate $28/hour RESPONSIBILITIES • Guest check-in and attendee engagement • Event setup, breakdown, and onsite support • Assisting with registration and session logistics • Supporting sponsor activations and material distribution • Maintaining a polished and professional event environment • Providing exceptional customer service and attendee support • Assisting event staff with various operational needs throughout the event IDEAL CANDIDATES • Professional, dependable, and proactive • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Able to maintain a positive attitude during long event days • Previous event, conference, hospitality, promotional, or experiential staffing experience preferred
