Seeking (1) Brand Ambassador – HITEC Booth Support | Setup + Engagement + Teardown We are seeking one (1) experienced Brand Ambassador to support a media brands booth presence at the Texas Library Association (TLA) Conference at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. This role includes booth setup, attendee engagement, product education support, and teardown. Ideal candidates are polished, articulate, and comfortable working professional trade show environments. Event Details Event: HITEC Location: Henry B. González Convention Center // 900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA Dates: June 15–18, 2026 Monday, June 15 Setup: TBD (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Tuesday, June 16 Booth: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday, June 17 Booth: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday, June 18 Booth: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday, June 18 Teardown: 2:00 PM – TBD (Teardown time may extend slightly depending on breakdown needs.) Compensation $30/hr • Any teardown time extending beyond scheduled hours will be compensated accordingly. • Parking will be reimbursed. Scope of Work • Assist with booth setup and breakdown • Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner • Provide basic product education and direct qualified leads to client representatives • Support light lead capture as needed • Maintain a polished, approachable presence aligned with brand standards No hard sales. No aggressive pitching. This is consultative, professional engagement.
