We’re looking for (2) Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and (1) Lead BA to support a high-energy Silent Disco experience at Breakaway Music Festival in Tampa. If you’re reliable, engaging, and thrive in fast-paced festival environments, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, interactive activation. What You’ll Do: • Manage and support a Silent Disco activation on-site • Distribute and collect headphones • Engage festival attendees and encourage participation • Keep the activation area organized, energized, and running smoothly • Lead BA will oversee team coordination, client communication, and overall execution Ideal Candidate: • Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable in large crowd settings • Strong communication and customer service skills • Previous brand ambassador or event experience preferred • Lead BA should have prior leadership or team lead experience • Must be available both days (required) Event Details: • Location: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL. • Dates: April 17 + 18, 2026 (must work both days) • Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM • Saturday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Rates: • Brand Ambassador: $28/hr • Lead Brand Ambassador: $30/hr This is a great fit for someone who enjoys live events, music festivals, and creating memorable guest experiences.
