A prestigious experiential production company is currently interviewing experienced performers and event professionals for a unique series of live activations taking place throughout October at The Attic Music Bar.
This is not a traditional Brand Ambassador role. We are looking for polished, charismatic individuals who are comfortable stepping into a character, learning scripted material, interacting naturally with guests, and delivering a consistent performance throughout an event.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
Theater, drama, acting, or performing arts
Live performance or immersive entertainment
Improv and character work
Hosting, emceeing, or audience engagement
Experiential marketing and premium events
Hospitality combined with performance experience
You should be confident memorizing and delivering scripted material while still making interactions feel natural and conversational. Strong improvisational skills, stage presence, reliability, and the ability to stay in character are major advantages.

We are building a small core team of approximately 3–4 performers who can consistently support the program throughout October. Full or near-full October availability is strongly preferred.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Selected team members will receive a script and specific direction for their role.
Interact directly with guests while remaining in character
Adapt naturally when conversations move outside the script
Take direction from production and event leadership
Maintain professional presentation and performance standards
Arrive prepared and ready to perform for every scheduled activation
CASTING & INTERVIEW PROCESS
Because of the performance requirements of this program, candidates should expect a multi-stage casting process of approximately three rounds.
The process may include an initial experience and availability review, a live interview, script/read-through or performance audition, and a final production review.
We aren't simply looking for someone who can work an event—we're looking for performers who can consistently own a role and help create a believable guest experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are dependable, expressive, quick on your feet, comfortable being watched and evaluated, and genuinely enjoy performing in front of and interacting with people.
If you have professional or academic experience in acting, theater, drama, improv, performing arts, live entertainment, or immersive experiences, please highlight it when applying.
