Brand Ambassador Team – Pre-Launch & Presale Activation (Fitness Brand) We’re hiring an energetic Brand Ambassador team to support the launch of a new fitness location. This role is focused on community outreach, lead generation, and driving excitement leading up to opening. 📅 Shift Schedule May 29 – 9 AM - 4PM May 30 (Presale Party) – 9 AM - 2PM June 25 (Grand Opening Support) – 9 AM - 3PM Floating Pre-Game Outreach Shift – 5 hours (date/time TBD) Pay Rate: $30 per hour 🎓 Training Requirements 1-hour virtual training (required prior to working shifts) 1-hour in-person training (5/20 activation day) 💼 Responsibilities Proactively engage with the public in a friendly, high-energy manner Promote the upcoming gym opening and membership offers Capture leads accurately using provided tools Support setup, execution, and breakdown of events Represent the brand professionally at all times ✅ Qualifications Outgoing and comfortable approaching new people Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Previous brand ambassador, events, or sales experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
