Infinity Marketing Team is seeking local Alternate Field Market Staff. This opportunity is a lead generation program using a customizable Hat or Stadium Bag bar activation in 16+ markets. Consumers will register to receive a free competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a customized Hat or Stadium Bag!
All materials and supplies required will be provided to the Alternate Field Market Staff before each event. Three (3) Core Field Market Staff along with two (2) Field Managers will be working at each event setup, and many events throughout the program season will require Alternate Field Market Staff support conducting the activation, loading in and striking the set-up, and loading the event kit back into the truck at the end of the event.
Events will take place in 16 primary markets and 16 nearby satellite markets Alternate Field Market Staff will be brought into the program as part of a roster of local staff that are approved to support the core team for specific agreed upon dates. There is no guarantee of any amount of shifts by becoming an Alternate Field Market Staff on the program.

Job Requirements:
Event Setup
Setting up activation space including tents and other assets

Breaking down activation display and loading into box truck

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
1099 contractor position

Schedule is varied throughout the program, on-site days will vary by market and are subject to each market's schedule of events.
Five or more staff are on-site at all times.
If AFMS are ever asked to travel within the market and/or surrounding satellite markets within the region, (when applicable) food per diem and lodging provided will be provided.
Some manual labor is required with setup and tear down
Proficient with iPads and/or tablets
Very comfortable with consumer engagement
Great communication skills with team and management
Reliable transportation to and from events
Compensation:
$32/ hourly
Food per diem and lodging provided for any out of market travel
Interviews start in March based on two interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
All applicants will be required to pass a background check. Such background check
shall include, at a minimum: (i) a national, state, and county (or the equivalent)
criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed by
the individual and/or discovered by the Agency; (ii) a prohibited parties search,
including OFAC, the Terrorist Watch List, Specially Designated Nationals List, and
Blocked Persons List; (iii) if the Personnel will be operating a State Farm vehicle, a
review of his/her driving record and driver's license for any convictions for vehicular
criminal offenses involving harm or potential harm to persons or property, a failure
to report an accident, four (4) or more moving violations in the past thirty-six (36)
months, or any alcohol or drug related driving offenses. (iv) an employment history
for all employers for the individual for the prior five (5) employers; and (v) a review of
all convictions and pre-trial diversion programs for any felony or misdemeanor
involving dishonesty, breach of trust, fraud or financial crimes, illegal manufacture,
sale, distribution of or trafficking in a controlled substance, money laundering, theft
or computer crimes, violent crimes against persons or property, sexually related
criminal conduct, crimes involving possession or use of a dangerous weapon.
