We are seeking an experienced and proactive Event Manager to oversee an exciting sports drink sampling activation at the Bentonville Film Festival! This role is focused on behind-the-scenes management, ensuring smooth event execution for both brand ambassadors and attendees. Event Details: Location: The Momentary, 507 SE E St., Bentonville, AR 72712 Dates (these are ESTIMATED times): - 6/17: Potential VIP Sampling Moment (***TBD, only date not yet confirmed to occur) - 6/19: Activation (2:30 PM-9 PM) - 6/20: Activation (2:30 PM-9 PM) - 6/21: Activation (10:30 AM -9 PM) Rate: $40/hr Key Responsibilities: - Oversee light event set-up and breakdown for all activation elements - Manage and support brand ambassadors throughout the event, ensuring they have what they need to succeed - Keep all product ice-cold and ready to serve - Ensure all equipment and displays are visually appealing and in top condition - Maintain awareness of where all products, ice, and necessary event elements are stored - Write event recaps and feedback summaries for brand insights - Troubleshoot any issues quickly and efficiently, always prioritizing smooth execution - Provide sampling when other team members are on break / when busy periods arrive Ideal Candidate: - Experienced in event activation and team management - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable - Strong communication skills and comfortable taking charge behind the scenes - Able to anticipate needs and create a positive, seamless event environment for staff and attendees If you’re ready to lead an energetic event team and create an outstanding experience at the Bentonville Film Festival, we’d love to hear from you!
