Team Lead – Pregame Activation for Popular Law Firm at Lambeau Field We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Lead to manage and execute pregame activations for a respected law firm at or near Lambeau Field during the upcoming football season. This is a key leadership role on a dynamic team of 4, responsible for delivering an engaging fan experience featuring iPad sign-ups, a prize wheel, and giveaways—all under a branded tent. Event Details: - Location: Lambeau Field area (exact location TBD) - Role: Team Lead for pregame activations - Team Size: 4 total staff members (including yourself) Dates (Home Games): - Week 1 · Sunday, 09/07 - Week 2 · Thursday, 09/11 - Week 6 · Sunday, 10/12 - Week 9 · Sunday, 11/02 - Week 10 · Monday, 11/10 - Week 12 · Sunday, 11/23 - Week 14 · Sunday, 12/07 - Week 17 · TBD Shift Times: To be confirmed Responsibilities: - Oversee all logistics for every pregame activation, including setup and teardown of tents and activation stations - Lead and coordinate the team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure smooth operation throughout each event - Manage iPad sign-ups and run the Spin-to-Win prize wheel, distributing giveaways and engaging fans with professionalism and enthusiasm - Adapt quickly to any last-minute changes or challenges, communicating effectively with staff and client representatives - Serve as the main point of contact on-site for the client and event stakeholders - Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the brand’s standards at all times Qualifications: - Proven leadership experience in event or experiential marketing roles preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both with your team and clients - Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor event environments - Reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor - Experience as a Team Lead - Ability to work all scheduled game days, with some flexibility on timing Compensation: - Competitive hourly rate of $35/hr If you’re ready to lead a motivated team and help create memorable fan experiences at one of the most iconic stadiums in sports, we want to hear from you!
