We’re hiring BILINGUAL Brand Ambassadors for the Mexican Fiesta in Milwaukee! Join us August 22nd, 23rd, and 24th for this vibrant, high-energy celebration. If you’re outgoing, professional, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we want YOU to help bring this experience to life! 📍 Event Details: - Dates: Friday, August 22nd – Sunday, August 24th - Location: 200 N. Harbor Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53202 - Shift Time: Approx. 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM (exact times TBD) - Includes: Short set-up and tear-down - Pay Rate: $30/hr - Documents Required: Completed W9 and signed 1099 agreement prior to event ✨ Responsibilities: - Greet and engage event attendees in a warm, professional, and bilingual manner - Assist with giveaways, games, sign-ups, and activations as assigned - Memorize and confidently deliver key talking points in both English and Spanish - Maintain a clean and professional appearance on-site - Support brief set-up and tear-down before and after activation - Work closely with the on-site team and event organizers Possibility for Event Lead Role: Oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth activation execution ✅ Requirements: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingualism is a must) - Outgoing, energetic, and professional - Strong memorization and communication skills in both languages - Comfortable interacting with crowds and using mobile devices (iPads, tablets, etc.) - Punctual, reliable, and able to work full shifts all three days - Must have transportation to and from the event - Must submit W9 and 1099 paperwork for payment eligibility - Prior event leadership experience preferred for Event Lead candidates 🎉 This is a fantastic chance to be part of one of Milwaukee’s most exciting cultural events! 📩 To apply: Send your promotional resume and a recent photo to staffing@ingsterexp.com Please indicate if you are applying for the Event Lead position or Brand Ambassador role, and let us know if you’ve worked with us before.
