Egress Sampling Staff – UMN Gopher's Game - Event Date: Sunday, October 24th - Shift Time: The timing on this is To Be Determined. The game time has not been confirmed as on 10/12. It will be a 4 hr shift. Job Overview: We are hiring outgoing and reliable staff members to assist with egress sampling after the UMN Gopher's football game. Teams will be stationed at stadium gates to hand out a branded swag item to all guests exiting the venue. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: - Distribute swag items to guests leaving the stadium - Maintain an upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanor - Engage comfortably with large crowds and speak confidently to strangers - Follow team lead instructions and stay at your assigned gate - Represent the brand appropriately throughout the entire shift - Arrive on time and ready to work Uniform Requirements: - All-black attire (comfortable, warm layers recommended) - Hats will be provided onsite Compensation & Terms: - Guaranteed 4-hour minimum pay, even if sampling finishes early - This is a 1099 independent contractor role - A completed W9 form is required prior to working - Payment will be processed within up to 15 days after the event - Payments can be sent via paper check (mailed) or Zelle Ideal Candidates Are: - Professional and dependable - Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable interacting with crowds - Punctual and able to follow instructions - Energetic and enthusiastic about working in a sports-event environment
