Brand Ambassador – Pepsi College Sampling Tour Position: Brand Ambassador / Event Staff
Program: Pure Leaf Mental Focus + Lipton Fusions Job Description: We are looking for reliable, outgoing and hands-on LEAD Brand Ambassadors to support a Pepsi college sampling activation on campus. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for assisting with the full execution of the event, including setup, product sampling, student engagement, breakdown, repacking and preparing event materials for shipment to the next tour stop. This is a hands-on event role. Team members must be comfortable setting up and breaking down event equipment, lifting boxes and working outdoors. Responsibilities * Arrive on time and ready to assist with full event setup. * Unpack and assemble 10' x 10' branded tents, photo-op backdrops, feather flags, retractable banners, sampling tables and other event materials. * Set up coolers, sampling cups, premiums and product. * Engage with students in a friendly, energetic and professional manner. * Distribute beverage samples and branded giveaways. * Assist students participating in the Lipton Fusions Plink-o game. * Keep the activation clean, organized and fully stocked throughout the event. * Track samples and premiums distributed as requested by the Event Lead. * Assist with complete event breakdown immediately following the activation. * Carefully repack all equipment into the same bags and boxes it arrived in. * Make sure all event materials, game pieces, premiums and supplies are accounted for before boxes are sealed. * Securely tape and prepare all boxes for shipment. * Assist with transporting the packed event kit to a local UPS location following the event. * Pre-paid UPS labels will be provided to the team. Physical Requirements * Must be comfortable lifting and moving event equipment and shipping boxes. * Must be able to assist with setup and breakdown of 10' x 10' pop-up tents and event displays. * Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. IMPORTANT: This position requires participation in setup AND breakdown/shipping.
