Staffing Needs Ideal that BA is available for all days/times. Also a food handler's license is a plus! Daily Staffing: (2 days total) 4 Brand Ambassadors (BAs) Staff Responsibilities: 1. Supporting branded experience and product education 2. Managing attendee flow/wait line 3. Food prep + serving samples (simply add water and microwave to pasta + ramen bowls) 4. Maintaining cleanliness + restocking Important: 1. Staff should be comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume food service/sampling environments 2. Food handling experience preferred 3. Third-party staffing agency/team must provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) Schedule + Timing (TBD) Event Days Wednesday, June 3, 2026: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday, June 4, 2026: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Highest traffic expected daily between 11AM–1PM
