Production Assistant (Set Up/Labor Help) Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and energetic individual to join our team as a PA, specializing in back-of-house (BOH) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong event organization experience and a proven ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently. This role involves physical work, coordination, and a positive attitude to ensure seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities: Support the setup, breakdown, and ongoing management of event spaces Assist with logistics and BOH operations to ensure smooth event flow Work closely with event leads and follow detailed instructions Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Strong event organization experience required Ability to confidently manage BOH logistics Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs as part of event setup and teardown Reliable, punctual, and personable Team player with a can-do attitude
