We currently have an opening for a two Brand Ambassadors. and an Event Staff Member for: Studio 1608- Growing Portraits - Exhibit Opening November 29th 4:30pm - 5:30pm (prep, team intro, training) 5:30 - 8:30pm (actual event) Total of 4 hours , $25/hour - Total Compensation $100 ** TWO Brand Ambassadors** The beginning of the event, we will be greeting at the entry, handing out drinks, and setting up guest/email registrations. The remained of the event will be staffing a kiosk with 1-3 interactive stations. You will be interacting with attendees/guests to play with the demos and offer immediate how-to guidance while they are engaged with the demo kiosk. Additionally there will be some crowd mixing to invite people to try the demo station as well as picking up any missed gust registrations. Previous brand ambassador experience is required. **Event Staff Member** The beginning of the event will be focused on parking assistance and organization for arriving guests. Instructing on which areas should be used for parking etc. Some guests maybe double parked, so collecting their contact information in case their vehicle is blocking in someone trying to leave, etc. The duration of the event will be general rotation duties, assisting brand ambassadors if they are feeling shorthanded in demo instructions, notifying bar back if food/drink stations need any attention. Operating drink serving areas as needed. Passing out any materials to attendees/guests that client furnishes. Generally, you’ll be a helping hand for whatever comes up to make sure the event provides a polished experience for the client and their guests.
