JBC always communicates well, pre-event, day of, and post-event to make sure everything is buttoned up and what needs to be achieved gets done efficiently.
They give you all the material needed to be prepared for the task at hand. Lucy is fair and always makes sure you're being taken care of. I love it when Lucy asks for any feedback from the staff to address issues or to have suggestions to improve a future similar event
The company was very quick with a response, they were very clear in what they expected from the brand ambassadors. everything was sent in on time prior to the event. payment was right on time. Everything for me went well, they have a great team of ambassadors to represent them.
