🚨 HIRING: Account Coordinator Live Events – $30/hr. | NYC Area 🚨 We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team for events at Citi Field, Met Life Stadium, and UBS Arena. Role Includes: ✔️ Assist in the development of timelines, run-of-show documents, and activation checklists ✔️ Track progress against key milestones and flag any risks or delays ✔️ Help with logistics planning and venue coordination ✔️ Manage all on-site activations and team needs ✔️ Assist with staff scheduling, credential management, and field team communications ✔️ Monitor inventory levels of premiums, signage, and branded materials for activations ✔️ Collect and organize post-event data including photos and consumer feedback ✔️ Escalate onsite issues to the Account Manager when needed ✔️ Engage with fans and attendees – being outgoing is a must! Qualifications: ✅ bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience in an agency setting ✅ 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or agency settings ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✅ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to last-minute changes ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite ✅ Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours during activations ✅ Must be outgoing and work well with others ✅ Confident speaker who can engage with crowds ✅ Able to stand on your feet for the full shift ✅ Must have a clean driving record ✅ Available for multiple programs throughout NY ✅ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions 📍 Location: Citi Field, Flushing, NY 🕐 Hours: 8 hours per day 📅 Dates: Part Time 10-20 hours per week 💵 Pay: $30/hour This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-energy crew supporting major league events!📧 Interested?
