URGENT HIRING – Automotive Brand Ambassadors & Field Manager Experiential Marketing Industry | Based in Long Beach, CA | Travel Throughout Southern California We are urgently hiring experienced and outgoing Automotive Brand Ambassador & Field Managers to join our growing team in the Experiential Marketing Industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working live events, engaging with consumers, and representing exciting automotive brands at activations, ride & drives, auto shows, and promotional events. Brand Ambassadors $26-$28/hr. DOE • Prior recent brand ambassador, hospitality, promotional, or sales experience is a plus. • Talk confidently about the automotive brand, vehicles, or featured technology • Encourage guests to interact with vehicle displays, branded environments and demos. • Upbeat, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. • Hand out branded premiums (swag, giveaways, samples) according to program guidelines Field Managers $30-$36/hr. DOE • Bring prior field manager or live event experience to stay ahead of issues. • Know the brand inside and out and be able to talk about it confidently with guests. • Confidently talk about the brand with attendees, answer questions, and handle escalations. • Help prep the team so everyone knows the flow, expectations, and vibe of the event. • Brief staff on brand tone, talking points, do’s & don’ts, and guest interaction expectations. • Help manage staffing, breaks, lunches, and coverage so the event stays on track. • Keep an eye on crowd flow, staff positioning, and anything that could turn into a safety issue. • Be the onsite person sharing updates with the internal team. • Drive vehicles short distances (from storage, staging areas, or within the event footprint) • Complete detailed event recaps. Who we’re looking for: • Based in SoCal ONLY (must be able to work locally; some travel within CA) • Comfortable working W-2 employment • Friendly, reliable, professional and able to work well with a team • Can follow company protocols and event guidelines • Automotive experience is a plus • Comfortable being on your feet for an entire shift • comfortable working weekends/events • Flexible with changing weather and outdoor events • Field Manager must have good Driving record • Bilingual a plus but not required for most events 📧 Interested?
