🎩🌹 NOW HIRING: Brand Ambassadors – Kentucky Derby 2026 🌹🎩 We’re gearing up for our annual Kentucky Derby activation and looking for energetic, professional Brand Ambassadors to join our team at one of the most iconic events of the year, the Kentucky Derby! Location: Churchill Downs | 700 Central Ave, Louisville, KY 40208 Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr. DOE Must be LOCAL (No travel or lodging provided) Event Schedule • Tuesday 4/28 Mandatory 4-hour paid training • Wednesday 4/29: 8:00am – 6:30pm • Thursday 4/30: 8:00am – 6:30pm • Friday 5/01: 8:00am – 7:30pm • Saturday 5/02: 8:00am – 9:00pm What You’ll Be Doing: • Proactively welcome guests and invite them into the branded experience • Communicate activation highlights clearly and confidently • Create a positive, elevated guest experience aligned with the Derby atmosphere • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of branded assets • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail • Assist with guest flow, queues, interactive elements, and photo moments • Support registrations or data capture as assigned • Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines • Work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors, Product Specialists, and Event Leadership • Communicate guest needs or operational concerns to onsite leadership • Stay flexible and solution-oriented throughout the event Qualifications: • Prior Brand Ambassador, promotional, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and positive demeanor • Comfortable standing for extended periods & working outdoors in varying weather • Confident engaging large crowds in a high-energy environment • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Appearance Guidelines: Because this is a highly visible, customer-facing role at a premium event. Team members are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance during event hours. This may include covering or removing visible facial piercings while onsite to align with client presentation standards.
