Our fast-growing agency is on the hunt for a Production Intern to join us on our journey of building the industry’s next great force in the experiential marketing space. Here’s what we do: Design, produce, and activate experiential live brand experience at events nationwide Product sampling & field marketing programs for various beverage & snack brands National mobile tour programs Here’s our philosophy: Moments in time that transcend. Here’s what we are looking for: An eager Production Intern responsible for supporting the Production Team in daily tasks which may include: scheduling meetings, helping manage event schedules, location and event research, detailed note taking during meetings, assisting with asset sourcing, helping maintain JetFuel vendor and event databases. Here’s what you’ll need to do: Minimum age requirement must be 21+ by June 1st, 2026. An interest in experiential marketing, and a willingness to learn about the industry (prior internship or work experience is a plus). Currently attending or recently graduated from college and/or experience in the marketing industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with the JetFuel team and clients. Strong computer application skills (Mac Preferred) – (Google workspace apps, Microsoft office suite, slack, box.com, zoom, Monday.com) Experience in live event production and/or technical theatre production is a plus. Based in NYC are (ability to commute to our NYC Office 3 days/week) Ability to provide your own laptop. Eat. Breathe. JetFuel. People minded – must show dignity and respect to all people.
