Day Rate (Flat): $250 – $400 per day depending on experience and physical labor demands. Mileage/Gas: Reimbursed if using their own vehicle or covered if they drive your truck. Per Diem/Meals: $40 Pre-Trip Load product in Maryland storage/warehouse. Confirm manifest (products, tents, displays). Driver/labor secures load in truck. Travel Drive MD → VA, NC, AL, or FL, Ensure secure parking/loading area at venue. Arrival & Setup Unload product at booth/staging area. Assemble tents, tables, racks, signage. Assist with organizing product by SKU/size for sales efficiency. During Event Driver can remain on call to assist with replenishment, trash runs, or breaks. If not needed, they can step away and return for breakdown. Breakdown & Return Re-pack unsold product. Break down tents, tables, displays. Load back into truck and return to MD. Wrap-Up Unload truck at warehouse. Driver/labor checks inventory for damages/missing Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Experience driving vans, box trucks, or cargo vehicles preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor (tent setup, load/unload) Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are a must Event experience is a plus, but not required
