Brand Ambassador / Event Marketer – Home & Garden Events $17 per hour base pay + commission/bonus for leads generated About the Role: Joyce Factory Direct is hiring energetic Brand Ambassadors / Event Marketers to represent our home improvement brand at local home shows, festivals, expos, and community events throughout you local area. You’ll be the face of our brand at pre-scheduled events — engaging attendees, creating excitement, and generating qualified leads for our in-home sales team. This is perfect for outgoing professionals who enjoy live events, interacting with the public, and working flexible weekend schedules. What You’ll Be Doing: • Represent Joyce at home shows, fairs, retail activations, and community events • Proactively engage attendees and start conversations • Share basic product info (sunrooms, windows, baths, doors) • Capture lead information and set qualified appointments • Assist with booth setup and teardown (tents, tables, banners) • Maintain an upbeat, professional presence Pay & Perks: • $17 per hour base pay • Performance bonuses based on leads generated • Consistent, pre-booked event schedule • Opportunity for ongoing part-time work What We’re Looking For: • Strong people skills — comfortable approaching strangers • Positive, high-energy personality • Reliable transportation to events in Asheville & Greenville • Available weekends and occasional evenings • Ability to stand for extended periods • Able to assist with light setup and breakdown Event, brand ambassador, retail promo, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not required.
