FROM TEE TO SHINING TEE. Putt Across America is an immersive 18-hole mini-golf journey inspired by our nation’s most iconic landmarks. We aren’t just a mini-golf course; we are a two-story, indoor attraction at the historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace where every guest is the star of their own cross-country adventure.
ROLE #1: ACTIVATION MANAGER (Full-Time / Part-Time Leadership)
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour
The Mission: You are the "Director of the Show." You don't just manage a shift; you bring the activation to life. You ensure that the energy stays high, the logistics are seamless, and the "wow factor" is never compromised.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Squad: Mentor and hype up our team of Brand Ambassadors. You will help to foster a high-performing unit.
Quality Control: Conduct "Scene Checks" of the course to ensure every landmark looks pristine and every photo-op is ready for its close-up.
Performance Tracking: Assist the Head of Attraction in monitoring guest satisfaction and driving those crucial 5-star reviews.
Who You Are:
The Pro: You have 1–2 years of experience leading teams in hospitality, retail, or live events.
The Closer: You thrive under pressure and can pivot a plan in seconds without losing your cool.
The Anchor: You lead by example—you’re the first to high-five a guest and the last to leave the floor looking perfect.
ROLE #2: BRAND AMBASSADOR (Part-Time / Seasonal)
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hour
The Mission: You are the "Face of the Journey." You aren't just a cashier or a greeter; you are an Experience Guide who brings the magic of the 18-hole journey to life for every guest.
What You’ll Do:
Hype & Hospitality: Welcome guests with infectious energy, set the stage for their "Putt Across America" adventure, and help them navigate the two-story course.
Vibe Curation: Keep the energy high! Whether you’re explaining the rules or cheering a hole-in-one, you are the reason guests leave with a smile.
Course Stewardship: Ensure the landmarks and "Instagrammable" moments stay clean and functional throughout your shift.
Content Catalyst: Encourage guests to share their experience on social media—you’re the ultimate "hype-person" for the PAA brand.
