Represent King Palm in local Las Vegas shops and get paid per store. King Palm, one of the top names in smoking accessories, is hiring motivated, outgoing field reps across the Las Vegas metro to be the face of our brand in local smoke shops and dispensaries. This is hands-on merchandising work: make our section look great, educate staff on what makes King Palm sell, and leave every shop set up to move product. You pick your focus (smoke shops or dispensaries), we ship you a starter kit with everything you need to set up 5 stores, and you get paid for every store you complete. You set your own route and schedule. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT EACH STORE - Introduce yourself and connect with the shop owner or manager - Merchandise and organize the King Palm section so it looks sharp and sells - Set up our marketing materials (posters, shelf talkers, and more) - Hand off free sample displays so the shop can give the product to their customers - Run a quick clerk-education pitch, so staff know how to sell us - For shops that don't carry us yet, set them up with free product so they can start selling us, risk-free - Take notes, snap photos, and a short video, and submit a simple report in our app WHAT YOU'LL EARN - $15 per completed store visit (checklist done, report and photos submitted) - Gas mileage reimbursed at $0.30 per mile between stops - Reps who hit dense routes regularly clear up to $100+ a day plus gas ESTIMATED HOURS: Flexible — you set your own schedule and route. Most reps spend ~20-40 minutes per store; a typical route day runs 4-6 hours across 5-7 stores. Ongoing pilot with steady work for reps who deliver. 1099 / independent contractor. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a store and starting a conversation - Based in or around Las Vegas with a car and a valid driver's license - Able to lift and carry a starter box of displays and materials - Good with a phone (photos, video, and short reports) - Must be 21+.
