KiZE Snack Bars is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent our products through in-store sampling events at Costco. KiZE is a mission-driven health food company committed to creating all-natural snack bars made with clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving sales by engaging customers, offering product samples, and educating them about the benefits of KiZE products and our company mission. We're looking for individuals who are personable, energetic, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience that builds lasting brand loyalty. Schedule: Ideal applicants would be available to work the following scheduled date on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays: 8/21-8/23 8/28-8/30 9/11-9/13 9/18-9/20 9/25-9/27 Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (7-hour shift, including setup and teardown) Compensation: -$240 per completed 7-hour demo shift -Compensation will be adjusted if the full scheduled shift is not complete -Pay is bi-weekly direct deposit as a W2 employee according to the company pay schedule. Responsibilities: -Proactively engage every customer passing the demo station with a warm greeting and product sample -Educate customers about KiZE products, ingredients, nutritional benefits, and company mission -Create a welcoming, informative, and memorable customer experience -Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sampling station throughout the event -Complete all setup and breakdown responsibilities Qualifications: -Previous product demonstration experience preferred -Customer service, retail, sales, or promotional marketing experience required -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and sales-focused without being overly aggressive -Able to naturally incorporate product knowledge into conversations -Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers -Reliable transportation -Dependable, punctual, and committed to working all assigned dates and the entire scheduled shift -Comfortable using a geo-tracking app to clock in and out -Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition -Knowledge of the protein or snack bar industry is a plus, but not required -Ability to stand for the duration of the shift -Required equipment & supplies Applicants must provide the following at their own expense: -4-foot demo table -Sampling supplies, including containers, cutting board, gloves, hair nets, hand sanitizer, and any additional items needed to conduct food demonstrations Dress Code: -Black pants (no leggings) or clean, non-distressed jeans -Comfortable closed-toe shoes or sneakers -KiZE branded shirt will be provided Additional Requirement: -Current food handler/food safety certificate (non-reimbursable) If you're passionate about health and wellness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
