Chad Lewis Collection is currently seeking applicants to do in store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club. KiZE is a mission based, all natural health food company with clean, simple and minimal ingredients. Staff will focus on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging and offering every customer a sample, in a friendly and informative way. Staff will be expected to educate customers on product benefits and company mission, while creating an overall positive experience to gain a loyal customer base. Please read through the description and respond if you meet ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS. We are looking to hire one person to commit to every date. Please do not apply if you cannot work every date. The demos will continue throughout the year. Saturday and Sunday July 12th-13th July 19th-20th July 26th - 27th Aug 9th-10th Aug 16th-17th Aug 23rd-24th ONGOING each month with 3 weekends scheduled. 10am-4pm all dates. Pay Rate: $225/per demo ($30/hr paid for 7.5hrs) Hours include shift time, including paid half hour break. *Paid direct deposit bi-weekly as Independent Contractor Requirements Demo experience preferred, customer service or marketing experience a must. Goal orientated, self motivated and sales focused. You are not overly sales aggressive and have the ability to transfer brand knowledge into a normal conversation. Must be outgoing and personable. The goal is to engage with as many people as possible (example, if 5 customers are walking by, you are greeting all 5 with a warm smile and sample, don’t let anyone pass by without offering them a sample). Reliable transportation. Dependable and trustworthy. You arrive on time and stay for the entire shift - 100% commitment to assigned dates. Passion for all things related to Health & Happiness - genuine enthusiasm about product and company to rely to customers. Prior knowledge of protein/snack bar industry a plus but not required. 4ft Demo table. (branded table cloth provided) Ability to stand for entire shift. Maintain a clean and organized demo table. Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes. (branded tee provided)
