Chad Lewis Collection on behalf of KiZE is currently seeking applicants to do in store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Costco for a road show. KiZE is a mission based, all natural health food company with clean, simple and minimal ingredients. Staff will focus on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging and offering every customer a sample, in a friendly and informative way. Staff will be expected to educate customers on product benefits and company mission, while creating an overall positive experience to gain a loyal customer base. You will work along side a CDS staff member from Costco. The CDS staff member will be responsible for cutting up the samples so you can focus on interacting with customers and answering questions about KiZE. Please read through the description and respond if you meet ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS. Thursday January 22nd - Sunday January 25th. Thursday & Friday 8:30am - 8:30pm Saturday 8:30am - 7:00pm Sunday 8:30am - 6:00pm Pay Rate: $30/hour (includes paid breaks) *Paid via direct deposit bi weekly (according to payroll schedule) Requirements Demo experience preferred, customer service or marketing experience a must. Goal orientated, self motivated and SALES focused. You are not overly sales aggressive and have the ability to transfer brand knowledge into a normal conversation. Must be outgoing and personable. The goal is to engage with as many people as possible (example, if 5 customers are walking by, you are greeting all 5 with a warm smile and sample, don’t let anyone pass by without offering them a sample). Reliable transportation. Dependable and trustworthy. You arrive on time and stay for the entire shift - 100% commitment to assigned dates. You will use a geo tracking app to clock in/out for each shift. Passion for all things related to Health & Happiness - genuine enthusiasm about product and company to rely to customers. Prior knowledge of protein/snack bar industry a plus but not required. Ability to stand for entire shift. Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes. (branded tee provided).
