Our brand is high energy and fun, and we are looking for individuals who are up for the challenge of bringing the energy and fun to every single customer during their demo! In this event, you will be a key member of our roadshow team, prepping samples and calling for Costco customers to come try, all with a high-energy mindset. Job Description: - Increase brand awareness in store and drive sales through customer education and building customer loyalty - Communicate to customers the key selling points for our coconut spreads and pricing - Ask every customer that walks by if they would like to grab a sample of coconut spread (you're not afraid to do that!) - Consistent and proactive communication with the Kokada team to coordinate logistics, share success stories, and key learning Skills, Education, Experience Required: - SafeServe Handler (or equivalent certification) required! - No additional experience required! - Comfortable with work that requires extroversion and active sales promotion - Must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven - Must be outgoing and comfortable engaging in conversation - Must have confidence and ability to connect with a large spectrum of customers - Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive to and from the demo location Physical Standards: - This position requires standing for the full shift, walking, and bending - Ability to pick up to 25 pounds - Must be able to effectively communicate with others Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
