You must be able to commit to 2-3 demo days per Costco location during the launch window. We are hiring experienced Brand Ambassadors / Demo Specialists to support an upcoming Costco in-store demo program in your area. This is a high-visibility retail environment that requires confidence, energy, and strong sales instincts. In this role, you will conduct in-store sampling demos at Costco, engaging a high volume of shoppers. You will educate customers on Kokada, encourage sampling, and confidently ask for the sale to drive strong on-shelf volume. This program is fast-paced and performance-driven. You may work one or two demo days per store to ensure coverage across multiple Costco locations. Pay: $150 Per Demo Flat Rate Sales incentives: .50 cents commission on every unit sold past 30. Job Responsibilities: • Execute high-energy, professional sampling demos inside Costco • Confidently approach and engage customers and invite them to sample • Clearly communicate Kokada’s key selling points, ingredients, and pricing • Ask for the sale with every customer interaction • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant demo setup • Track and report demo activity, including: o Samples handed out o Shelf inventory before and after the demo o Units sold during the demo • Communicate proactively with the Kokada team regarding logistics, performance, and store feedback Skills, Education, and Experience Required: • An active Food Handlers Certification is REQUIRED to apply • 1+ year experience in brand ambassador work, retail, demos, events, or customer-facing sales roles • Comfortable engaging large volumes of customers in a busy retail environment • Strong communication and sales skills, including asking for the sale • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and results-driven • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Costco locations Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for ~6 hours • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff Additional Notes: This job description outlines the primary duties of the role, but is not an exhaustive list.
