Job Title: Brand Ambassador – Kombucha Culture Event Location: Varies by assignment; all demos take place in grocery and natural food stores. Job Overview: Kombucha Culture, the #1 kombucha brand in Costa Rica, is looking for energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand during in-store sampling demos. You’ll engage with shoppers, offer samples, share our story, and distribute coupons to drive trial and sales. Responsibilities: Set up and manage demo table and supplies (cups, samples, coupons). Actively engage with consumers to explain Kombucha Culture and encourage trial. Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional demo station. Track consumer interactions and provide feedback after each demo. Skills & Requirements: Previous demo or brand ambassador experience strongly preferred. Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with shoppers. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage demo setup independently. Must provide own demo table and sample cups (brand supplies product + coupons). Event Details & Compensation: 3-hour in-store demo (on-site). Paid for 4 hours total ($120 flat rate) to cover travel, setup, and breakdown. Parking is typically available on-site (details vary by location). Independent contractor (1099) position.
