*Please read this description in its entirety* LaCroix Sparkling Water is seeking a part-time Field Marketing Lead to manage the Brand Education program. These activations occur in retail settings, so it is essential that you are present in the field with the team every Thursday through Sunday. Thursday: 3:30-7:15 Friday: 3:45-7:15 Saturday: 9:45-4:15 Sunday: 9:45-4:15 (Some admin work can be done remote) We are searching for an individual with strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to craft comprehensive weekend recaps that effectively capture the events, while also reporting all metrics and data through the necessary channels. You will report to the Regional Manager, overseeing the project from field implementation to tasks like scheduling, training, payroll, and other administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of brand ambassadors during activations in retail locations and act as a brand ambassador in uniform alongside the team - Ensure that all activations align with brand guidelines and standards - Create a positive and engaging consumer experience - Produce detailed weekend recaps summarizing key metrics and data - Maintain effective communication with the regional and senior managers - Assist with team scheduling, training, and payroll Qualifications: - Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent attention to detail and the capability to multitask - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Availability to work consistently on weekends (Thursday through Sunday) - Previous background in field marketing, event management or team management is advantageous -Reliable transportation -Ability to lift weight of 15lbs Salary: $30/hr -Mileage (locations over 30 miles from your home address) -Admin Hours If you are passionate about brand marketing and possess the skills to lead a team successfully, we encourage you to apply!
