LaCroix Sparkling Water – Brand Ambassador Opportunity | Chicago LaCroix Sparkling Water is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our BrandED Team in Chicago! This is not your typical grocery store demo. Our unique LaCroix Experiences are designed to captivate consumers, introduce them to our innovative flavors, and create memorable brand interactions that drive sales and brand loyalty. We’re looking for individuals who are outgoing, sales-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional consumer experiences while representing one of the most recognized sparkling water brands in the country. Shift Availability Our program runs every weekend throughout the year. While Brand Ambassadors are not required to work every weekend, priority consideration will be given to candidates who can commit to a minimum of four shifts per month. Fridays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturdays & Sundays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM What You’ll Do In-Store Demo Meets Experiential Marketing * Engage with shoppers at grocery stores throughout the Chicago area by sampling LaCroix flavors, educating consumers about the brand, and collecting feedback. * Follow our interactive LaCroix script to create fun, memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. * Confidently encourage purchases and build brand loyalty through meaningful consumer interactions. * Collaborate with your team to track sales, sample inventory, consumer comments, and event photos. * Assist with light setup and breakdown duties before and after each event. Who We’re Looking For Outgoing & Charismatic * Friendly, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with consumers. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Able to represent LaCroix in a professional, positive, and engaging manner. * Comfortable asking for the sale and converting consumer interest into purchases. Additional Requirements * Must be size XXS–M due to available uniform inventory *No piercings, tattoos or alternative hair colors Compensation & Perks * $25–$28 per hour (depending on experience) * Bi-weekly pay * Discretionary performance bonuses * 1099 Independent Contractor position
