Laura’s Raw Honey is seeking a reliable, outgoing Product Specialist to represent our brand, offer samples, and drive sales at the Bethlehem Spring Pop‑Up Craft & Vendor Show. This is a hands-on sales role for someone confident with the public, experienced in sales, and motivated by results.
Event Hours:
Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Pay is $20 per hour or 20% of total sales for a new team member, depending on agreement. With experience and strong performance, pay can increase over time.
You will be trained directly by the owner at the Philadelphia Flower Show on product knowledge, the brand story, customer interaction, sales techniques, and how to process payments using Square. No cash handling is involved.
Training and product transfer can happen in one of two ways. You can come to Philadelphia for in-person training while working the Philadelphia Flower Show, then take all equipment and product with you for this event. Additional products and display materials will be available from a local storage unit for this and future shows in the area.
Responsibilities include transporting products and display materials, setting up the booth independently, professionally representing Laura’s Raw Honey, offering samples, engaging customers, sharing the brand story, and focusing on actively selling products. All transactions must be processed through Square.
Applicants must have strong sales experience and excellent customer service skills. You should have a friendly, confident, and professional personality and be comfortable approaching customers and closing sales. Reliable transportation is required, along with the ability to lift and set up booth materials. You must be dependable and punctual. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you are responsible for your own travel expenses such as gas and parking.
This position is a great opportunity for ongoing event work. Strong performers may be invited to represent Laura’s Raw Honey at additional festivals and markets in the Bethlehem area and beyond.
To apply, send a short message describing your sales background, customer service experience, and why you would be a good fit representing a small, family-owned honey business.
