Laura's Raw Honey

I am looking for an outgoing, reliable, and sales-driven individual to sample and sell my honey at the Bloomsburg Maker Fest. Location: Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, Bloomsburg, PA Date and Hours: Saturday, May 2, 2026: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay is $20 per hour. You must be available prior to the event to meet me in Benton, PA to pick up inventory and bring it to the show for setup. You will be responsible for setting up the booth, running sales during event hours, and packing everything up at the end of the day and returning all items back to me in Benton. Responsibilities include offering samples and educating customers on different honey varieties, maintaining an engaging and welcoming presence, processing all sales (credit card, Apple Pay, and cash) through Square, and tracking inventory before, during, and after the show. The ideal candidate is extremely outgoing, has strong sales skills, is reliable and trustworthy, and is comfortable working independently. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy booth on your own. This is a 1099 contractor position, and you will be running the booth independently. You must remain at the booth during all show hours, aside from brief breaks. No sitting is allowed; you must stand and actively engage with customers throughout the event. Alcohol, vaping, and smoking are not permitted during the event. Dress code is black pants or nice jeans with a belt. No graphic t-shirts or sweatpants. Please bring your own lunch and water and plan to eat during slower periods. A strong focus on customer experience is required at all times. All travel, parking, and related expenses are your responsibility. Paid time includes one hour for loading inventory, one hour for booth setup, one hour for breakdown, and one hour for returning items, in addition to all hours worked during the show for sales.
