Field Canvasser - LeafFilter Spokane Leaf Home is hiring Field Canvassers to support LeafFilter Gutter Protection. This is a field-based lead-generation role focused on structured neighborhood outreach and appointment setting for our sales team. We are looking for individuals with prior experience in canvassing, field marketing, event marketing, promotional work, or similar customer-facing outreach roles. We will provide training on our approach. Role Responsibilities • Conduct organized neighborhood outreach in assigned territories • Introduce homeowners to LeafFilter Gutter Protection • Generate qualified interest for follow-up by our sales team • Work independently in a field environment with clear daily expectations Ideal Background • Experience in brand ambassador, promotional, event, or field marketing roles • Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations in-person • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven mindset • Interest in developing into a closing or leadership role over time Compensation & Structure • Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission • Paid training • Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use • 401k with company match • Weekly pay, direct deposit • 25-32 hours per week • Clear advancement path into Sales or Leadership This is an ongoing opportunity for individuals looking to build income through performance while developing long-term sales and leadership skills.
