Key Responsibilities • Recruit, hire, train, and manage field canvassing teams • Drive lead generation initiatives to exceed sales quotas • Plan and execute canvassing routes (evenings/weekends required) • Track performance metrics and ROI • Ensure compliance with local permit requirements • Collaborate with operations teams to grow market presence Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Drivers License • 2+ years management experience in canvassing, lead generation, event marketing, or sales. • Experience recruiting and training teams • Ability to work evenings and weekends • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Self-motivated with accountability mindset Preferred • Door to Door canvassing experience • Home improvement industry knowledge Ready to lead a winning team?
