Legacy Pour Promotions is a top-tier promotional agency specializing in premium spirits tastings, liquor brand activations, and retail conversion events across East Tennessee. We’re looking for engaging, reliable, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team as we head into a busy season of events. If you love creating memorable customer experiences, are passionate about the beverage industry, and have the gift of gab, we want to meet you. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through various marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do: Be the face of premium spirit and RTD brands at local liquor stores, festivals, bars, and more. Educate customers with engaging storytelling — not just what’s in the bottle, but why it matters. Drive sales through meaningful product demos, recommendations, and personal interaction. Create a beautiful, table setup that stops people in their tracks. Take photos and gather authentic customer feedback during tastings. Submit detailed recaps after each shift — we use your voice to tell the brand’s story. Represent Legacy Pour with energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. Requirements: Tennessee ABC Server Permit (REQUIRED) Must be 21+ Have your own tools of the trade (liquor BA supplies) Excellent communication and people skills — we’re storytellers first. Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to lift/move tasting materials (ice buckets, signage, cases, etc.). Access to reliable transportation to travel to various accounts. Comfortable working independently and being a trusted face of the brand. Must be able to provide thorough feedback, photos, videos, and detailed sales info after each event. Bonus points if you have experience in sales, bartending, event staffing, or influencer work. Compensation: $30 per hour Incentives based on bottle sales, performance, and referrals 1099 Contractor Part-time (3-15 hours/week) Typical shifts: 3–4 hours each Flexible schedule - Choose your own shifts Weekend availability a must, Fridays preferred Ready to pour with us?
