As we enter a high-volume event season, we are seeking engaging, reliable, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through various marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of premium spirits and ready-to-drink brands by delivering dynamic, in-person experiences that connect consumers to products in meaningful ways. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving trial, and influencing purchasing decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Represent premium beverage brands at liquor stores, bars, restaurants, festivals, and promotional events
Curate eye-catching brand displays that stop foot traffic and drive consumer engagement
Educate consumers through engaging storytelling—communicating not just product features, but brand value and differentiation
Drive sales through product sampling, recommendations, and one-on-one interaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and brand alignment at all times
Capture event photos and gather authentic consumer feedback during activations
Submit timely and detailed post-event recaps
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, personable, and confident communicators (“gift of gab” encouraged)
Passion for the beverage industry, particularly premium spirits
Sales-minded with the ability to influence purchasing decisions
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Structure
$30/hour
Independent contractor (1099) position
Flexible, event-based scheduling
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must hold a valid Tennessee ABC Server Permit
Must provide your own basic brand ambassador tools (table setup supplies, display materials, etc)
Reliable transportation to event locations
