Sell 15 and it's $390. Our best ambassadors clear that regularly. About León Y Sol León Y Sol is a premium, additive free tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Los Altos de Jalisco. Bay Area headquartered, founded by a tech executive with roots in hospitality, and built around one idea: this is tequila for people who show up. We are growing fast, and the people who pour for us at Total Wine are the face of the brand. This is not a stand and smile gig. We want you to own the table. What you'll do: -Set up and run a León Y Sol tasting station inside Total Wine, sampling our Blanco and Reposado (and NeQuila once it lands) with store customers -Tell the brand story in a way that makes people stop, taste and want to take a bottle home -Sell. Walk customers to the shelf, close the bottle, and track your results. Every bottle you move earns you $10. -Build a good relationship with the store team so they keep recommending us after you leave -Send us a quick post event report after each shift: samples poured, bottles sold, customer feedback, what worked and what didn't. We will give you a simple form, it takes five minutes. -Snap a few photos of your setup and the crowd for our social channels Who we're looking for: -Social, upbeat and fun. You like talking to strangers and they like talking to you. -Comfortable selling. You can read a customer, make a recommendation and ask for the sale without being pushy. -Reliable. You show up on time, set up clean and finish strong. Our tagline is "For People Who Show Up" and we mean it. -21+ with the ability to legally serve alcohol in California. [RBS / TIPS / state server certification] is a plus, and we will help you get certified if you don't have it. -Prior tasting, promo, bartending, hospitality or retail sales experience is great but not required. -Personality and work ethic matter more. -Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs of product and setup materials -Reliable transportation to the store What you get: -$35/hour, well above the going rate for tasting work, paid [weekly / biweekly] -$10 for every bottle sold at your tasting, no cap -$100 bonus every time you hit 10+ bottles in one tasting -Paid training on the product, the process and how to sell it -León Y Sol gear so you look the part -Recurring shifts at this store plus first look at additional Total Wine locations and brand events as we add markets -A chance to grow with a brand that is actually growing.
