We have immediate openings for highly experienced promotions and event drivers/tour managers! Our Drivers / Tour Managers are responsible for ensuring our assets arrive at their destination safely and on time and are generally the point of contact for the client onsite. The ideal candidate has experience operating large, branded DOT vehicles and/or large trailers, exceptional people skills, general mechanical understanding, tech savvy mindset, and comfortable with daily event set-up & breakdown. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Driving in specific markets and/or nationwide Set up & break down the event setup Ability to lift upwards of 75-100+ lbs Assist with various duties onsite during the event activation Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle in show-ready condition at all times Occasionally managing brand ambassadors as well as production assistants REQUIREMENTS: Preferred 5+ years experience driving oversized vehicles Valid DOT Medical Card certification Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or Class B CDL are accepted) Mechanically inclined Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly Friendly, positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 75-100+ lbs Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and working in various environmental conditions Manual dexterity for handling small components and operating hand tools Visual acuity for inspecting displays and ensuring quality standards Work Environment: Primarily on-site and on-the-go, including travel to various destinations May involve irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on tour schedule Requires interaction with clients and vendors in diverse settings May involve consistent contact with clients/consumers/agencies and other vendors We have a myriad of in-market programs in major cities across the US, as well as short-term programs that include overnight stay. Should there be any overnight travel needs, the company will pay for all accommodations.
