AL Brand Ambassadors for Education Non-Profit workshops - $28/hr . We are an experiential agency specializing in educational technology training workshops, e-learning, social gatherings, and educational brand awareness. . We have several workshops upcoming and need some assistance. Caregiving workshops – help us lead a guided group discussion on being a caregiver for friends/family members who need assistance. Job Searching workshops – help us educate attendees about best practices for resumes, interviewing, networking, and more. Fraud Protection workshop - Help us educate attendees about how to stay safe online and avoid becoming a victim of scams, phishing attempts, and more. Caregiving workshops – Help us lead a guided group discussion on being a caregiver for friends/family members who need assistance. Right now, we need another friendly, empathic, patient, and tech-savvy person to support our classroom by helping with light setup & teardown, monitoring & assisting guests who have trouble using an iPad for interactive elements mid-workshop, and handling other general guest interaction duties. Those who are most successful with us have excellent communication and people skills, are competent with modern technology, and have the willingness and aptitude to both learn and, in turn, teach others. Side note: We will likely hire a second manager to support our ongoing programming for the 2027 season and beyond. Qualified Candidates Should Have/Be: • Previous event /field experience is strongly desired • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with iPads • GREAT attitude paired with a professional appearance and demeanor is required • Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help people; experience working with older adults/ seniors and/or any educational training is a plus • Must complete Independent Contractor paperwork and Federal W9; requires a valid Social Security number. Time is submitted into an online platform (Rippling), and payment is via direct deposit. Paydays are the 15th and the last day of the month. .
