Role/Responsibilities Description:
* Greet and onboard guests; brief them on the voice agent shopping flow; hand off headphones
* Articulate ElevenLabs brand, product lines (11 Agents, 11 Reader, 11 Music), and merch
* Drive guests through the backroom activations and upstairs lounge
* Lead capture, QR scanning, transaction support at Shopify POS
* Requirements: Polished, articulate, genuinely interested in AI/tech; experiential or premium retail experience required; SoHo/concept store experience a plus
LOOK / DRESS CODE:
All-black minimal attire: black t-shirt or fitted long sleeve, black trousers or jeans, and clean black sneakers or boots. No visible logos. Staff shirts may be provided closer to date. Clean, polished, well-groomed appearance required. No strong fragrance.
OVERALL STAFF PROFILE:
Across all roles, candidates must be:
* Comfortable with screens, tablets, headphones, voice interfaces, QR flows, and guest-facing technology
* Fluent in Shopify POS with prior hands-on experience required
* AI-savvy / AI-literate — meaning more than casual use. Candidates should have a credible, working understanding of today’s AI landscape and be able to speak about it in a clear, guest-friendly way. This includes familiarity with platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney etc. voice AI, conversational agents, generative audio, robotics, and other consumer-facing AI technologies
* Able to confidently help guests navigate AI-led experiences, voice interactions, tablets, headphones, and tech-enabled shopping moments, while troubleshooting simple issues in real time
* Willing and able to complete training on the brand, product suite, and talking points prior to opening
